This Privacy Notice explains how PrizmForge LLC ("PrizmForge", "we") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use the MinuteLens service (the "Service"). PrizmForge acts as the data controller for personal data processed about account holders and portal users.
1. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, login credentials, organization/tenant.
- Support data: messages you send us and their attachments.
- Usage & telemetry: pages visited, features used, actions taken.
- Device data: IP address, browser and device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP.
- Content: meeting data, member rosters, and other records you upload to the Service.
2. How we use personal data
- Create and manage your account and organization (legal basis: contract).
- Provide, secure, and improve the Service, including fraud prevention (legal basis: legitimate interests).
- Provide customer support (legal basis: contract / legitimate interests).
- Send service and billing communications (legal basis: contract / legal obligation).
- Comply with legal obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).
3. Sharing
We share personal data with:
- Service providers / subprocessors that host the Service, provide analytics, and support tooling.
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, manages subscriptions, calculates and remits tax, and issues invoices.
- Professional advisers such as our legal and accounting advisers.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of users.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Users in the UK/EEA may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email billing@prizmforge.com. We aim to respond within one month.
6. International transfers
Personal data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging — to protect personal data. No system is completely secure; we work to promptly address issues we become aware of.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. Where we use analytics cookies, we describe them and, where required by law, ask for your consent. You can manage cookies from your browser settings.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email.
